California Federation of Business and Professional Women Our mission is to promote and support equity for women in all aspects of their lives and to promote personal empowerment and professional development through advocacy, education, and information. Greetings from District President Janet Ramsey Welcome to the California Federation of Business and Professional Women, Bay Capital District website. This year has been filled with enthusiasm and dedication to all women wanting to achieve personal enrichment and information on women’s issues in your local area and through legislation. Please join me in the many venues we have available to us to share our mission statement and our legislative platform. It is important to “get the word out” to the many women who need us and of course us needing them. The links on this website will take you to the clubs associated within the Bay Capital District. I urge you to get on board if your particular club does not have a link. This is our voice to keep the District viable and informed. Visiting clubs in your district is a great way to keep us in touch with each other and to make valuable friendships with our BPW sisters. The Bay Capital District meetings are also listed on the website. Join us for an informative and fun filled day. We are striving to take the District and the local clubs to higher level of participation, leadership and increased membership. SAVE THE DATE! The Bay Capital District will hold their annual meeting on, SATURDAY, APRIL 14 AND SUNDAY MORNING, APRIL 15 in Lodi at the Hampton Inn. The Tentative Agenda and the Call will be sent from the District 30 days prior to the meeting. Please join us for the installation of President Elect Paula Beck on Saturday evening. A block of rooms will be reserved to accommodate members for Friday and Saturday nights. There will not be a Training Meeting in February. We encourage members to attend CFBPW Winter Board/GIA.
